However, freefrompanicattacks.com uses third-party providers, one for hosting The Program and one for processing payments. Specifically, we use the following third-party providers:
- Podia
We use Podia to host The Program. Podia provides us with the online course creation platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.
Your data is stored through Podia’s data storage, databases and the general Podia application. They store your data on a secure server behind a firewall. See Podia’s website for their privacy policy and terms & conditions.
- Stripe
We use Stripe for processing payments. If you purchase The Program, we use Stripe as a third party payment processor. Payments are encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your purchase transaction data is stored only as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. These providers may be located in or have facilities that are located in a different jurisdiction than either you or us. If you elect to proceed with a transaction that involves the services of a third-party service provider, then your information may become subject to the laws of the jurisdiction(s) in which that service provider or its facilities are located.
Once you leave our website or are redirected to a third-party website or application, you are no longer governed by this website’s Privacy Policy or our Terms of Service.
Security
To protect your personal information, we take reasonable precautions and follow industry best practices to make sure it is not inappropriately lost, misused, accessed, disclosed, altered or destroyed.

5) The right to restrict processing. This gives you the right to ask for a temprary halt to processing of personal data, such as in the case where a dispute or legal case has to be concluded, or the data is being corrected.
6) The right to data portability. You have the right to ask for any data supplied directly to the Data Controller, to be proveded in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format.
7) The right to object. You have the right to object to further processing of your data which is inconsistent with the primary purpose for which it was collected, including profiling, automation, and direct marketing.
8) Rights in relation to automated decision making and profiling. You have the right not to be subject to a decision based solely on automated processing.
